About Next Generation Leaders in Dutch Chemistry Summit

Next Generation Leaders in Dutch Chemistry Summit

Chemistry plays a vital role in addressing key societal challenges, including the energy transition, materials innovation, and advancements in medical and pharmaceutical sciences.  However, the Dutch chemical community faces growing challenges, from reduced government funding to ever-changing legislation. To stay globally competitive and strengthen the Dutch chemical sector, it is crucial to support and nurture the next generation of chemistry leaders in the Netherlands.

This summit aims to equip young group leaders with the skills and strategies needed to navigate these challenges and shape the future of Dutch chemistry. This initiative not only ensures the sustainability and resilience of the field but also cultivates a more interconnected and dynamic chemistry landscape in the Netherlands.
