Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. Every member of the KNCV is responsible for their own membership administration, termination and fees, even if their employer pays for their membership.
Cancellation of the membership
Membership of the KNCV and its sections and work groups can only be cancelled in writing, by email or via the cancellation form and has to occur before the 15th of November of the current association year*. If you wish to cancel your membership, please send an email to email@example.com stating your name, address and reason for the cancellation.
Your cancellation will always be confirmed.
In the case of cancellation after 15th of November you are liable for all financial obligations until 31st of December of the next calendar year, as prescribed by the KNCV Articles of Association. The termination will be effective on 1st of January of the following year.

It is possible to view and edit your personal details by logging on to the KNCV website and navigating to the section ‘My KNCV’.
Have you changed address? Please notify us when you move house by editing your contact details in ‘My KNCV’.
You can change your address in ‘My KNCV’
by logging on to the KNCV website and clicking ‘My KNCV’ in the menu bar at the top of the page.
