Automatic bank transfers explained
Membership fees should be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. You can authorise the KNCV to collect the amount automatically from your Dutch bank account. This is called an automatic bank transfer. An automatic bank transfer is the simplest and most convenient way for you to pay your membership fee. What’s more, if you pay by automatic bank transfer you won’t be charged an administration fee of € 5.
Your automatic bank transfer authorisation will be automatically renewed for a period of one year at the end of each year. You don’t have to authorise us to make automatic bank transfer withdrawals from your bank account each year.
The membership fee will be deducted automatically from your account upon receipt of your authorisation. If there’s not enough money in your account when payment is due and the automatic bank transfer has failed twice, payment will be cancelled. In such case, you are required to make your payment immediately using another payment method.
